Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CleanSheet ("the Add-on"), a Google Sheets™ add-on developed and operated by CleanSheet ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CleanSheet, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Add-on on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

CleanSheet is a Google Sheets™ add-on that allows users to create smart rules to automatically highlight, delete, archive, and move rows based on custom conditions (text, number, date, duplicates). The Add-on supports manual runs, scheduled automation, and onOpen triggers.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

A free tier is available with up to 3 rules and manual execution only.
The Pro plan unlocks unlimited rules and scheduled auto-run (every 1–24 hours).
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Add-on to access spreadsheets you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or abuse the Add-on's license or authentication mechanisms.
Use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Workspace™ Marketplace policies.
Use the Add-on to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of CleanSheet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store the content of your spreadsheets. Row data is processed in Google's infrastructure only, in-session, to evaluate your rules. CleanSheet's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled triggers depend on Google Apps Script infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

CleanSheet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data in your spreadsheets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanSheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, deleted rows, or interruption of business. Always preview rules before running them on important data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that results obtained from using the Add-on will be accurate or reliable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or within the Add-on.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
